About the Role
Job Title: Khi Tam Yoga Teacher (including Khi Tam Yoga Therapist, Khi Tam Hands-on Massage Therapist, Khi Tam Posture Adjustment Specialist, and Khi Tam Healing Coach).
Location: On-site at our Khi Tam Health Hub branch in London, reporting directly to the business’s owner Master To Hai Le.
Starting Salary: Negotiable base on experience
Job Overview:
As a Khi Tam Trainer and Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in providing personalised guidance, training, massage therapy, yoga therapy, posture adjustment, and coaching services to our customers. You will work closely with individuals to help them achieve their health and wellness goals and ensure they receive the highest level of care and support.
Responsibilities
1.Provide Direct Customer Services:
Conduct 1-2-1 training, massage therapy, yoga therapy, posture adjustment, and coaching sessions for customers either at our branch or at their homes, adhering to prearranged schedules.
2.Direct Consultation and Care:
Offer personalised consultation and care to assigned customers, tailoring your approach to their specific needs and goals.
3.Customer Progress Tracking:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer progress and session details in the customer information system.
4.Communication:
Timely communicate the status and progress of customers to the relevant departments you are responsible for.
5.Confidentiality:
Maintain strict confidentiality of customer information and adhere to all privacy and data protection guidelines.
6.Collaboration:
Collaborate with relevant departments within the organisation to ensure the overall well-being and satisfaction of customers
Requirements
Qualifications: Candidates are expected to complete the following courses at Khi Tam Academy:
o 20-hour Khi Tam Chakras Science
o 200-500 hour Khi Tam Yoga Therapist
o 100-hour Khi Tam Meditation
o 100-hour Khi Tam Healing Coach, and
o 150-hour Khi Tam Hands-on Massage Therapist
Work Experience: Minimum 12 months of work experience at Khi Tam Health Hub Vietnam and teaching experience at Khi Tam Academy.
Language Proficiency: English at the B1 level (Equivalent to IELTS 5.5)
Other relevant skills:
o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
o Strong ability to adapt to different customer needs and goals.
o Knowledge of health and wellness principles.
o Willingness to work in shifts and on-site.
o Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.
